DAY OF COORDINATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
Pre-wedding Planning
○ Initial meeting to discuss the wedding vision and style
○ Vendor referrals
○ Detailed wedding weekend timeline
○ Designed rain plan (if needed)
○ Wedding Workbook completed with all details
○ Suggestions for wedding etiquette and invitation wording
○ Final walk through at the venue
○ Vendor Communication - Confirm arrival, delivery and pickup times
○ Rehearsal Practice - Coordinate practice & distribute timeline
Day Of Coordination
○ Wedding day logistics and last minute changes
○ Setup - Arranging decor items such as guest book, favors, and signage
○ Ceremony processional and recessional - Cue musicians, bridal party & family
○ Guest management - Help guests transition and find their seats at the appropriate time
○ Bridal party management - Tell them of where to be and when
○ Vendor management - Keep all vendors informed, on task, and assist where needed
○ Event flow - Cue vendors, bridal party, and immediate family members when important events take place (i.e. first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts)
○ Reception departure and/or formal send-off coordination
○ Final payments and gratuities distribution to all vendors
○ Cleanup - Secure wedding gifts and pack up personal decor items
