COORDINATOR, DESIGNER & OWNER
Founder of Diamond Events, Stephanie Dasch uses her diverse background in event planning and engineering to create timeless and elegant events. Since opening Diamond Events in 2007, her reputation for elegant design, flawless execution and impeccable service has earned her a place among the top wedding planners in the Washington DC area. This award-winning style specializes in creating classic, contemporary celebrations.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys celebrating everyday life with her husband, two daughters and small farm of animals that includes their wiener dog Frank, lazy kitty Oliver, and flock of 13 chickens.
An experienced Day-of Coordinator, Khanh, joined the Diamond Events team in 2011 and helped grow Diamond Events to what it is today. Her impeccable attention to detail, professional demeanor, and genuine personality brings ease and comfort to all of the couples, families, and vendors that she works with. Her genuine love for event planning is apparent in everything she does.
Khanh lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two kids. She enjoys binge watching true crime documentaries and playing board games.
After Christina graduated from James Madison University, she pursued a career in Marketing Administration in her hometown of Frederick, MD. While there, she discovered her passion in event management through planning and coordinating a range of events for her company including seminars, trunk shows, health fairs, and festivals.
Outside of work, Christina can be found enjoying the various wineries and hiking trails around her new home in Leesburg, VA with friends and family.
IN-HOUSE FLORAL DESIGNER
STUDIO & OPERATIONS MANAGER
In-house floral designer for Diamond Events, Rebecca has been part of the Diamond Events team for 10 years. She is a floral genius, a wife and mom. She is the main creative behind Diamond Events large floral arrangements and ceremony backdrops. She is passionate about finding the perfect combination when designing floral arrangements for weddings.
When she isn’t arranging flowers, she uses drawing or painting as a creative outlet.
The busy body behind the scenes keeping the Diamond Events team organized and on time, Anna leads our day of operations management keeping track of ordering, deliveries and studio happenings. She loves that every day of her job is a little different, it helps to keep her fresh and focused. Anna lives in Aldie with her husband, 3 kids, and wiener dog Blu.
She enjoys gardening and listening to booty shaking music while cleaning and keeping busy.

Absolutely! We love working with happy couples in love, as well as with other wedding planners and vendors. Our goal is to make sure your day comes together beautifully, so whether you hire us for planning or want to hire us for floral design services or décor rentals, we’re committed to making your experience with us a memorable one.
Do you travel outside of the DMV area?
Yes, we absolutely love traveling and have our passports ready. We go wherever our clients want to marry. We have planned, designed, and executed weddings across the country as well as internationally. We would love to discuss details of your destination wedding to see if we would be a great fit.
Will you work with our wedding budget?
Of course. Our services start at $2,500 and we specialize in catering to each of our couple’s needs. Our team works super hard to maximize the value of every dollar you put into your wedding.
Do you plan other events outside of weddings?
Yes, we also provide planning, coordination, and floral and design work for corporate events with clients such as Amazon and AOL. Although weddings tend to fill our calendar quickly, we are proud of the work we do for our Corporate Clients, and we welcome the opportunity to help you with your social and corporate events.
When should I hire and book my wedding planner?
Hiring a planner early in your wedding journey is extremely important to ensure you have a professional by your side to guide and provide you with cost-saving planning resources and tools. As your Wedding Planners, we will keep you on track, help you with any budget constraints, and even negotiate contracts on your behalf. We want to be your planning resource from the beginning and hope to be the first call on the journey to your dream wedding or event.
