  • Develop a detailed wedding weekend timeline

  • Provide vendor referrals

  • Design a detailed rain plan (if needed)

  • Wedding Workbook —To complete with all wedding details

  • Wedding etiquette and invitation wording suggestions

  • Final Walk Through at the venue

  • Vendor Communication—Confirm arrival, delivery & pickup times

  • Rehearsal Practice—Coordinate practice & distribute timeline

  • Day of—Oversee vendors & event flow

  • Manage wedding day logistics & last minute changes

  • Setup— Personal décor items such as guestbook, favors, signage…

  • Ceremony Processional — Cue musicians, bridal party and family

  • Help guests transition and find their seat at the appropriate time

  • Locate wedding party and line them up for introductions

  • Cue the band, DJ or emcee when it is time to start introductions

  • Release tables or point out key tables for servers to focus on

  • Cue band/DJ, photographer, videographer and immediate family members when important events take place (i.e. first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and toasts)

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors

  • Cleanup— Secure wedding gifts & pack up personal décor items
